Print Styles
1. Super Screen print will give you a clear, crisp and well defined image in your choice of up to 4 colours.
2. Budget Offset print gives you a semi opaque image on your balloon in your choice of up to 3 colours. Budget Offset Printing is ideal for customers on a budget.
We can print a sample run so you can see the end result before printing the entire job (charges apply).

Artwork format and requirements
The quality of the printed image is highly dependent on the quality of the artwork provided. For best results please provide A4 sized artwork at 600dpi, via email, CD ROM. All electronic artwork must be provided in PC format. .CDR, .EPS, .AI, and .TIFF files are acceptable,
.jpg files are not.
Multi-colour designs with butt registration should be sent through as spot colour with registration marks. If emailed an .EPS file converted to curves is applicable.
At print size, if the art has fine lines, make them approximately 1.5mm in thickness. Also, graduated shades or fills must be 40% stipple 32.5 DPI. Borders, circles or squares should be kept to a minimum size as they are likely to distort on the balloon.
Artwork will be reviewed by our Art Department and suitability for print advised. For artwork that does not meet our quality requirements, our
in-house graphic artist may be able to assist in the preparation of the art (extra charges may apply).
Samples and Proof sign off.
You will be faxed a proof of the final artwork before it goes to film to ensure satisfaction with the finished result. Production will not commence until our client has signed off the artwork.
Pre-production samples can be ordered. Charges will apply for screens/plates, freight and GST. 5-10 samples will be supplied. Minimum order is 250 balloons.
