1.
Preprinted sheets of paper need to be cut to strips to size to fit into
cutter-punch (optional)

Pulling the cutter handle down will cut paper into circular shape |

3.
Pull the handle out and remove cuttings to be use later |

4.
Before operating the machine make sure that flat steel ring (gasket) is placed
in right hand side tool
gasket not needed when plastic base of button
is used

Flat steel ring is placed in right hand side tool |

Insert metal badge face in left hand side tool |
 |

Insert paper cutout on the top of metal badge face in left hand side
tool |

Insert clear film cutout on the top of printed paper cutout in left
hand side tool |

Clear film cutout placed on the top of printed paper cutout in left

12.
Push to the right whole sliding tool until is positioned under top
press tool |

13.
Make sure that bottom left hand side tool is aligned with the top tool
of the press |

14.
Now pull the Handle all the way down.
This will pickup all parts into the Upper Tool. |

15.
Release the handle gently, partially assembled badge will be placed automatically
in the top tool of press |
 |
16.
Insert pre-assembled metal back plate with pin into right hand side
tool, with the pin clasp facing down.
It is important to position it properly or your button
will be crooked.
(note the positioning of pin)

Remember that the squiggle should always be facing you
and positioned like this:

Push bottom sliding tool to the left until is aligned with top tool of
press |
 |

Right hand side bottom tool aligned with top tool of the press |

20.
Pull the press handle all the way down again.
This step crimps all the parts together. |

21.
Release the handle gently, fully assembled badge will be placed automatically
in the right hand side tool |
 |
22.
Push bottom sliding tool to the right until it stops |
 |
23.
Remove finished badge from the tool |
 |
24.
Finished badge removed from badge machine
Machine is ready to produce next badge
Start new badge by pushing bottom tool fully left until it stops &
follow the steps from begining |
