1. What are the payment options?

We accepts payments by Credit Card online or via phone (Visa and Master Card only), Paypal, Direct Deposit and Cash.
 

2. Is my personal and credit card information safe?

Yes! To ensure the privacy of our customers all information collected by abc2000 will be kept confidential within our privacy statement.

3. When will I receive my order?

Orders are dispatched within 2 business days and shipping times are estimated at between 3-7 business days depending on your location within Australia. Orders that require customisation incur addition production time and the dispatched lead time will be available in the product description. Delivery times stated on our website are estimated for guidance only and we are unable to state a specific day or time when delivery will be made.
If order is urgent, please feel free to let us know at the time order is placed, we will try our best to match your timeframe.
 

4 . Is pick-up available?

Yes we offer pick-up from our showroom.
 

 5. How do I find out the shipping cost?

The shipping cost will be calculated once you place the items into our shopping cart and select the “Estimate Shipping” button. Simply imput your state and postcode and hit “Get Quotes”.
 

6. Can additional items be added to my order after I have already checked out?

Yes you can. Please send us an email asap to adjust the order manually.
 

7. I need an order quickly, can you do rush orders?

Yes, we offer a rush service. Please contact us before placing an order to confirm if we can meet your required date.
